Bayer trial tests remaining Roundup claims after US Supreme Court win
Attorneys for three cancer patients opened a Missouri trial over design-defect claims that were not directly addressed by the Supreme Court's June ruling. Bayer is facing about 65,000 Roundup claims and is seeking approval of a $7.25 billion settlement to resolve nearly all existing and future cases.
