Barksdale Resources to raise up to $14M via debenture settlement
Barksdale Resources Corp. plans a non-brokered private placement of up to $14.0M, appoints George Ogilvie as Chair and Chris Stewart as CEO, and will settle $5.44M of debentures in shares/units. A 10-for-1 share consolidation and name change are proposed, subject to approvals.
