Bank of Italy Says Deficit Above 3% Could Delay EU Budget Procedure Exit
Italy's plan to keep its budget deficit above 3% of GDP in both 2027 and 2028 could negatively affect its exit from the EU's infringement procedure, the Bank of Italy said Monday.
