Bango grants share options to CEO, CFO and two directors
Bango said it granted share options to CEO Paul Larbey, CFO Matthew Wilson, General Counsel Rachel Ellis and COO Wayne Griffiths. The options vest after three years and are exercisable up to the seventh anniversary of grant.
