Baltic Dry Index Down for 3rd Day
The Baltic Exchange’s dry bulk freight index, which tracks rates for ships carrying dry bulk commodities, decreased for a third straight session on Tuesday, dropping about 2.8% to a fresh low since September 1 at 3,178 points. The main downward pressure came from larger vessel segments. The capesize index, which typica
