Balkrishna Industries and Pirelli sign framework for proposed 50:50 tyre JV
Balkrishna Industries said it signed a framework agreement with Pirelli Tyre to establish a proposed 50:50 Indian joint venture to manufacture passenger car radial tyres. Its shares rose more than 2%.
