Baker Hughes Reports Third-Quarter Revenue of $8.03B, Net Income of $411M
Revenue rose 14.5% from $7.01B a year earlier, with $888M contributed by the July acquisition of Chart. Net income attributable to Baker Hughes fell to $411M from $609M, and diluted EPS declined to $0.41 from $0.61.
