BTS Group Announces Extraordinary General Meeting
BTS Group will hold an extraordinary general meeting at Hallvarsson & Halvarsson in Stockholm on November 6, 2026. Shareholders will vote on a proposed stock option program granting up to 475,000 stock options to five senior executives. The options would vest over three and five years, subject to continued employment.
