BT Group Acquires TalkTalk
BT Group has acquired TalkTalk, estimating the total cash impact in FY27 to be around £400 million. This includes consideration, transaction and administration costs, working capital impacts, a trading loss of approximately £60 million, and non-receipt of circa £100 million otherwise due to Openreach.
