BRT Apartments cuts credit facility pricing to SOFR+2.10%
BRT Apartments amended its loan agreement with VNB New York, reducing the interest margin to three-month term SOFR plus 210 bps and lowering the interest-rate floor to 5% from 6%. The amendment also updates terms with $40M available.
