BRC Group Holdings to Acquire Sangoma for $212.3M, Secures Financing
BRC Group Holdings has agreed to acquire Sangoma Technologies in a cash-and-stock deal, with Sangoma shareholders to receive $4.925 in cash and 0.04767 of a BRC share per Sangoma share. The transaction is supported by $212.3 million in financing and covenant actions from Oaktree.
