BMW Auto Leasing files 8-K on note underwriting
BMW Auto Leasing LLC filed an 8-K saying it entered into an underwriting agreement for BMW Vehicle Lease Trust 2026-2 notes. The filing lists five note classes and says the notes are expected to close on or about Oct. 14, 2026.
