BHP Escondida supervisors say collective contract deal far off
Unionized supervisors at BHP’s Escondida copper mine in Chile are still far from a new collective contract agreement, according to union leader Alexis Barrera, with time running out before a mandatory mediation period begins. BHP has until Wednesday to submit an offer.
