BHAV priced 10.0 million units at $10.00 each, raising $100 million. The units are expected to trade on Nasdaq as BHAIU on Oct. 29, 2026; the offering is expected to close Oct. 30, subject to conditions. The underwriter has a 45-day option for up to 1.5 million additional units.
