BASF hires global coordinators for Agricultural Solutions IPO
BASF said it has mandated Citi, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan as global coordinators for the planned listing of its Agricultural Solutions business, targeting an IPO by mid-2027.
