B-A-L Germany AG raises €1.05M in oversubscribed share issue
B-A-L Germany AG has fully placed 1,000,000 new shares at €1.05 each, raising €1.05 million. The completion of the share capital increase is subject to entry in the Commercial Register, after which the share capital will amount to €3.0 million.
