B&G Foods terminates Green Giant Canada deal on unmet conditions
B&G Foods Inc and Nortera have terminated their asset purchase agreement for Green Giant Canada because regulatory approval was not obtained and closing conditions were not satisfied. B&G Foods will continue to own and operate Green Giant Canada, with Nortera continuing as its primary co-manufacturer.
