B&G Foods Terminates Green Giant Canada Sale to Nortera
B&G Foods terminated its agreement to sell Green Giant Canada to Nortera because Canadian Competition Act approval was not obtained by the Sept. 24, 2026 outside date. B&G will retain and operate Green Giant Canada, and Nortera remains its primary co-manufacturer.
