Azerion plans to list €225M senior secured bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm
Azerion Group N.V. published an AFM-approved prospectus and will apply to list €225M senior secured callable bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm, expected around 28 Sep 2026. The bonds pay 3m EURIBOR +5.5% and have a 4-year tenor.
