Azenta restructures Multiomics unit, to close three North American labs
Azenta said it will consolidate its North American Multiomics lab network, close three sites, and cut jobs. It expects $11 million to $13 million in estimated pre-tax charges, including about $9 million in asset impairments, with most charges in fiscal 2027 and actions largely completed by March 31, 2027.
