Azenta approves restructuring plan, closes three lab sites
Azenta said its board approved a restructuring plan in its Multiomics segment that includes workforce reductions and the closure of three North American laboratory sites. The company expects about $11 million to $13 million in pre-tax charges and about $11 million in annualized cost savings once fully implemented.
