Axogen to buy BioCircuit Technologies for $200M in cash
Axogen, NASDAQ:AXGN, has agreed to acquire privately held medical-device company BioCircuit Technologies for $200M in cash. The company plans to fund the purchase price with net proceeds from a concurrent public offer.
