Australian dollar hits five-week high; NZ dollar pressured
The Australian dollar rose to a five-week high against the US dollar and a 13-year high against the New Zealand dollar. The New Zealand dollar remained under pressure after the Reserve Bank of New Zealand held rates unchanged. Markets put the chance of an RBA rate hike in November above 80%.
