Australia's corporate regulator is suing the former CEO of Super Retail Group, Anthony Heraghty, accusing him of misleading the board and market about an alleged relationship with a senior executive. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) is seeking declarations of contravention, financial penaltie
