Aurubis extended CEO Dr. Toralf Haag’s mandate to Feb. 28, 2031, prolonged COO Tim Kurth’s appointment to June 30, 2032, planned a five-year extension for CFO Steffen Alexander Hoffmann through Sept. 30, 2032, and set board and leadership changes including Inge Hofkens stepping down Sept. 30, 2026.
