Aurubis extends CEO, COO and CFO appointments; board chair recommendation set for AGM 2027
Aurubis AG said its supervisory board extended the appointments of CEO Dr. Toralf Haag, COO Tim Kurth and intends to extend CFO Steffen Alexander Hoffmann's term. It also recommended new shareholder representatives ahead of the 2027 annual general meeting.
