Gulf stocks ended mixed Wednesday after an attack on the Ras Tanura refinery renewed concerns about an escalation in the Middle East. Yemen’s Iran-aligned Houthis said Tuesday they had struck the facility, which has capacity of 550,000 barrels per day.
