Atico Mining plans to repay about US$3.5 million of Trafigura debt from debenture proceeds
Atico Mining said debenture proceeds will repay about US$3.5 million under a Trafigura credit agreement and also cover Dundee subordinated debenture debt, alongside issuing 16,149,870 shares for about US$2.5 million of debt.
