Aterian PLC reports 20.15 million total voting rights
The company said its issued share capital consists of 20,150,000 ordinary shares with one voting right each and no treasury shares. It also said 450,000 new ordinary shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market on 25 and 28 September 2026.
