AstraZeneca said perioperative Imfinzi plus neoadjuvant enfortumab vedotin met VOLGA Phase III endpoints in MIBC. The trial cut EFS risk by 49% (HR 0.51; p<0.0001) and death risk by 42% (HR 0.58; p=0.0027); median EFS and OS were not yet reached.
