AstraZeneca Reports 58% Lower Death Risk With Durvalumab-Tarlatamab in Phase III
AstraZeneca said the combination cut the risk of death by 58% versus IMFINZI alone in first-line maintenance ES-SCLC. Median overall survival was 21.1 months versus 12.7 months; progression or death risk fell 66%.
