Asia REIT market value to rise 18% to $279.4bn by March 2026
Asia's REIT market value is projected to increase by 18% to $279.4 billion by March 2026, driven by mainland China's 21 new listings and a 62% jump in India's REIT market value to $17.7 billion, surpassing Hong Kong to become the fourth-largest in Asia.
