Spot fuel oil premiums in Asia were largely unchanged on Monday, with some trades for 380-cst high sulphur fuel oil (HSFO) emerging at rangebound premiums. More sale tenders from Southeast Asian exporters, including Thailand's PTT and Indonesia's Pertamina, were underway.
