Asia Fuel Oil Markets Mixed; Singapore Inventories Decline
Asia fuel oil markets were mixed on Thursday. High sulphur fuel oil (HSFO) saw a rebound, while very low sulphur fuel oil (VLSFO) weakened. Onshore inventories in Singapore dipped for a fourth consecutive week.
