Ashford Hospitality Trust Announces $17 Million Fee Waiver, Share Purchase Commitment and ATM Termination
Ashford Inc. agreed to waive approximately $17 million in advisory fees over the next six months and purchase 2.5% of Ashford Hospitality Trust. The company also announced termination of its at-the-market program.
