Arvinas ARV-102 Parkinson's Data Shows Dose-Related Oculomotor Changes
Arvinas reported Phase 1 data for ARV-102 in Parkinson's disease, showing dose-related changes in oculomotor function that correlated with reductions in CSF LRRK2 biomarkers. The 28-day study tested doses of 20-80 mg versus placebo in 24 patients.
