Armlogi approves 1-for-16 reverse stock split
Armlogi Holding said its board approved a 1-for-16 reverse stock split and filed a Nevada Certificate of Change to implement it. The stock is set to trade on a split-adjusted basis on Oct. 15 under the same symbol, BTOC.
