Archer Daniels Midland Forms Feed-Grade Amino Acids JV With CJ
Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and CJ CheilJedang have agreed to form a joint venture to develop, manufacture, and market fermentation-derived feed-grade amino acids in the Americas. CJ will be the majority owner, and the launch is subject to customary closing and regulatory approvals.
