Arcadis (ARDS.AS) to divest architecture and China businesses under 2027-2029 strategy
Arcadis said it plans to divest most of its architecture business and its China operations as part of a 2027-2029 strategy, targeting higher margins and growth, reaffirming 2026 guidance and setting targets for 2027-2029 including dividend payout of 30%-40% and net debt/operating EBITDA of 1.5-2.5 times.
