Arbutus Biopharma accepted 46,000,000 shares at $5.00 per share in its $230 million Dutch auction tender offer, representing approximately 23% of its outstanding shares. The offer was oversubscribed with a proration of about 55.6%. Following the offer, approximately 153,275,907 shares will remain outstanding.
