AquaBounty enters preferred conversion agreements
AquaBounty Technologies said it entered conversion agreements with holders of its Series A and Series B convertible preferred stock. The preferred shares will automatically convert into 8,077,043 common shares by the earlier of SEC effectiveness or Oct. 30, 2026.
