Apogee Enterprises to acquire Groglass owner in €62.5m deal
Apogee Enterprises entered a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Alzette, parent of Latvia-based Groglass, for ~€62.5m cash-free, debt-free. Deal includes contingent consideration up to €10m tied to three-year performance targets.
