Aperture to acquire Atlantic HPC Group for $150 million in stock
Aperture AC said it will acquire bitcoin miner and compute provider Atlantic HPC Group in a stock deal valuing Atlantic at $150 million pre-money. The combined company expects to trade on Nasdaq under ticker AHPC if the transaction closes.
