Anthropic Urges California Governor to Allow Court Blocks on Risky AI Models
In an October 15 letter to Governor Gavin Newsom, Anthropic said officials should be able to seek court orders blocking AI models that pose a “serious risk” to the public, echoing the company’s earlier policy proposals.
