Anfield Energy's JD-8 Mine Clears Colorado Review
Colorado DRMS approved a 28.30-acre permit area for Anfield Energy's JD-8 mine and set a $620,000 reclamation surety. The permit will be issued upon warranty posting. The DOE accepted the draft EA template, allowing NEPA review to proceed. The target restart is Q2 2027, subject to approvals.
