PM Studio Group agreed to acquire TNT Group, expanding its premium primary and secondary packaging footprint in beauty and wines and spirits. Andera Partners has backed PM Studio Group through its Andera Expansion strategy since 2024. The combined packaging group is expected to generate about EUR 130 million in revenue
