Ancala agrees to sell rail freight operator Hector Rail to InfraRed-managed funds
Deal is expected to close by late 2026, subject to customary third-party consents. Ancala bought Hector Rail in 2020 and funded fleet investment and integration of Scandinavian and German operations.
