Ameresco CFO Mark Chiplock to depart, reaffirms FY2026 guidance
Ameresco says Chief Financial Officer Mark Chiplock will remain CFO through September 25, 2026 and resign effective that date, while reiterating FY2026 revenue guidance of $2B to $2.20B and non-GAAP EPS guidance of $1.15 to $1.35.
