Ameren directors declare quarterly cash dividend per share
Ameren Corporation’s board declared a quarterly cash dividend of 75 cents per share on common stock, payable Dec. 31, 2026. Separate preferred-share quarterly cash dividends were also declared for Ameren Missouri and Ameren Illinois.
