Amber Grid shareholders approve revised articles of association at EGM
Amber Grid held an extraordinary general meeting on Sept. 29, 2026, approving revised articles of association and authorising the CEO to sign and register them, and to take steps and file notifications for board election of Ina Medvedeva-Ragėnienė.
